Due to the current COVID-19 situation, a few changes have had to take place and may impact orders.

SHIPPING

Shipping Method
International packages are required to be sent with Tracking. As a result, orders can no longer be shipped with Economy Air.

Shipping Delays
Due to limited shipping routes, backlogged orders and the the holiday season, Australia Post has advised to inform customers to expect heavy delay. You can find country-specific estimated delivery times here, but please allow for leniency with these estimations as each country is handing its own shipments especially over the holiday period.

Country Shipping Suspensions
There are a handful of countries that can no longer be shipped to due to flight cancellations and border closures. If you would like to find more information about which countries are being impacted by delays and/or cancellations, you can find country-specific information here.

If you have placed an order to a country that is no longer accepting shipments, we’ll get in contact with you shortly and either 1) refund and cancel your order or 2) hold onto your order and ship it out as soon as shipments to that country resume.
