Processing and Shipping
All shipping is processed via Australia Post.
Orders within Australia have tracking information included
Economy Air shipments do not not come with Tracking (available at additional cost at checkout)
Limited Edition prints will only be available for purchase in the quantity of the determined edition size. Once sold out, they will no longer be available and will not be restocked.
Open Edition prints are unlimited in stock, however we only keep open editions on the store for a time period of a year. Once removed from the store, they will no longer be available and will not be restocked.
Timed Edition prints are unlimited in stock for the duration of the release. Once this has elapsed, the edition will be closed & size determined.
Packaging and Handling
Prints are rolled up carefully in tissue paper and shipped in a sturdy cardboard postage tube.
Delivery
Please allow up to 5 business days for the purchases to be processed and prints to be prepared, packaged and shipped out. (Public Holidays, Holiday Seasons incur further delays)
Timed Edition prints are print-on-demand and will take 2-4 weeks to ship out after the timed edition ends.
COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to COVID-19 and the holiday season, Australia Post has advised customers to expect heavy delays. You can find country-specific delivery times here
Returns and Refunds

The prints have arrived damaged or unsatisfactorily to discuss a replacement.
The package has not arrived after 4 weeks, from Australia Post’s estimated delivery date. You can find country-specific delivery times here
You are unhappy with your purchase and seek a refund. Full refunds will be processed only once the item has been shipped back and received by us. Cost of the return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
If your package was returned back to us because:
the package was delivered to a Post Office for collection, but not collected by due date, or
you have supplied an incorrect shipping address, we will contact you via e-mail.
If at that point:
you no longer wish to have the product, we will happily cancel & refund your order.
you do wish to have the product, we will re-ship it at the buyer’s expense.
